2016 évi nyilatkozat tétel

 A 2015-ben megszerzett jövedelmek bevallására még benyújtható adónyilatkozat, illetve egyszerűsített bevallás is (Szja tv. 86. § (1)). Azonban ezek a bevallási formák ezt követően megszűnnek. Bevezetésre kerül a bevallási nyilatkozat, mely már a 2015. évben megszerzett jövedelmek vonatkozásában is benyújtható (Szja tv. 86. § (2)), melyben a magánszemély kéri, hogy adóját a NAV állapítsa meg. Ennek benyújtására jogosult a magánszemély, ha:

·         csak munkáltatótól származik jövedelme
